Hola Amigos!

This week was nuuuuts with all the changes.My old companion had transfers and I found out that I would be training again.  My old old companion, Hermana Aquije was transferred to Machala and is training as well, so we got to be companions again for three days as we waited for our daughters! Last Wednesday we woke up a four in the AM to take a bus to Guayaquil. She will be training a gringita, and my new companion is from....you guessed it...Peru. Funny enough her name is Hermana Vilca too jaja but yeah I´m basically Peruvian now because basically ALL of my companions have been from that beautiful country. I´m become an expert in random country facts and can cook various infamous dishes.  But she is super cute and very small, like half my size. We are a sight to see. 

We also have a Brazilian sister in the house, Portuguese is a beautiful language and my goal is to learn as much as possible in the next 6 weeks.

But yeah this week has been good, lots of walking and sharing the Gospel. Yesterday we had a lesson in a garden of yuca in the downpour of rain.  It was beautiful.

Hola everyone!

This week was weird...like always jaja.  I never thought I would have someone use 1 Timothy 2:11-14 against me, especially a WOMAN, but yeah that happened.  She was spitting a million bible verses in my face (literally), ending each one of her sentences yelling, ¨¨Punto!¨¨ jaja and talking about all the things that are wrong about woman pastors and tithing ¨APOSTASIA!¨ yeah but she´s cool and we are going to visit her again this week.

D&C 100:4-6

One good thing is that we met a sweet lady named Marianela.  She lives by herself and we were able to teach her a couple times this week.  In the lessons, she sits with her Bible and marks all the scriptures that she likes, it´s super cute. She told us that she hasn´t had to take pills to go to sleep ever since she´s met us because she´s felt really peaceful and calm. She accepted a baptismal date will be baptized this month. 

But yeah, that´s all for now. Who´s excited for conference? It´s going to be insaaaaaannnnneee
